What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employees are the back bone of the company, they need to be appreciated and not just given lip service. - Learn the difference between person and business. Just because you don't like someone doesn't meant they are not good at their job & vise versa

doesn't matter anymore. I left the company.
The salary range is much lower than industry
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
more of a combination of ethnicity. Not just a bigger percentage of ethnicity in the morning and in the middle shift another bigger percentage of a certain ethnicity.
Everyone is under too much stress to cooperate successfully
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Favoritism from the top needs to stop.
