Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We were told that they would not be doing merit based raises this year due to inflation. Multiple people were let go, and the workload increased, but I cannot comfortably afford to live in this area for what I'm paid. The only thing I get for working harder is more expectations.
