Health care is very good
pay and ok 401k match
Pay. That is it. Benefits are lousy. Paid vacation policy only benefits long tenure employees. New employees get 5 days. 150 dollar penalty a month additional cost if spouse has health insurance. Not vested at all until 2 years of service. Poor holiday pay. Career growth is very slow for most.
Dealing with the supply chain issues and customer dissatisfaction with its realities not meeting their expectations is disheartening
Some of us do far more work than others and have great numbers but we get paid the sane per hour as those that watch us work and have very low numbers. An incentive bonus besides quota we have no control of would be nice or possible raises for outstanding production
Every other company pays several dollars more a hour for the exact same job. Also benefits it’s double of others and still have a big out of pocket.
