EVERYTHING BE MORE OPEN TO ALL EMPLOYEE
Not trapping their employees. Let them grow and follow their passions. People stagnate when they don't and it makes them dream about leaving. They want engagement from their employees, but they only concentrate on their own careers. The employees see it and notice.
Only worried about themselves not the position of the company or their employees.
