Every other company pays several dollars more a hour for the exact same job. Also benefits it’s double of others and still have a big out of pocket.

Its been good, they wouldnt pay us if it was fun. Its a job that is secure and pays just enough to cover my lifestlye at this time. Despite minimum going up so much my standard of living has dropped severely due to lack of top out raises compared to inflation. Thats why were losing good people.

This is not a company where I would want to grow my career. The working environment is unstable. I cannot create value in an unstable foundation. I cannot sustain enthusiasm to grow my career in a company that only values working over rather that valuing the creation of value. The benefits are bad.
