What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are nice to me
hard working and always there to help you when you need it.
Focused about business in the automotive business and adaptive to changing trends

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like our benefits and spiffs we get like vacation and holiday pay
Health care is very good
pay and ok 401k match
Pay. That is it. Benefits are lousy. Paid vacation policy only benefits long tenure employees. New employees get 5 days. 150 dollar penalty a month additional cost if spouse has health insurance. Not vested at all until 2 years of service. Poor holiday pay. Career growth is very slow for most.
What are some of the best things about your team?
ability to adapt to new procedures and company policies while keeping in sight what we are here for, to take care of our customers.
They are young and eager to learn
Successfully keeping them from tearing each other and others apart. Very hard to do when their tendency towards each other and others is negativity.
Experienced in their area. Good performers.
We are team-oriented and are always looking for ways to make each other's jobs more efficient.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
small comunity so everyone know s everyone. makes it easier to want to strive for excellence
Remote work environment is preferred to going to a call center. The reduction of background noise is helpful in hearing customers.

The food events are great
The team I am on. The company has too many dysfunctional departments. Network, database, vendor, administrative systems are all unstable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very low pressure
There was discussion that i could grow at this company. This is not true.
It is quick and you are asked where you would want to be in the company.
Thought it was good at first. However, they added one additional interview that I thought should have been conducted in my second interview. Had to take additional time off for a third interview that should have been done in the second one.
What makes you most happy at work?
helping the customer as what my job is to do
Being busy so the hours go by fast and some of the customers.
Its a fun place to work
my commute is not so far from home
Helping our customers and coworkers makes me happy.
