Not trapping their employees. Let them grow and follow their passions. People stagnate when they don't and it makes them dream about leaving. They want engagement from their employees, but they only concentrate on their own careers. The employees see it and notice.

Health care is very good

Pay. That is it. Benefits are lousy. Paid vacation policy only benefits long tenure employees. New employees get 5 days. 150 dollar penalty a month additional cost if spouse has health insurance. Not vested at all until 2 years of service. Poor holiday pay. Career growth is very slow for most.
Dealing with the supply chain issues and customer dissatisfaction with its realities not meeting their expectations is disheartening
Some of us do far more work than others and have great numbers but we get paid the sane per hour as those that watch us work and have very low numbers. An incentive bonus besides quota we have no control of would be nice or possible raises for outstanding production
Every other company pays several dollars more a hour for the exact same job. Also benefits it’s double of others and still have a big out of pocket.

Remote work environment is preferred to going to a call center. The reduction of background noise is helpful in hearing customers.

The food events are great
The team I am on. The company has too many dysfunctional departments. Network, database, vendor, administrative systems are all unstable.
Let employees grow. Keeping them in place hurts them and the company's bottom line. Loss of productivity, engagement, hope.
Stop hiring lazy managers and liars
It was very low pressure
There was discussion that i could grow at this company. This is not true.
It is quick and you are asked where you would want to be in the company.
Thought it was good at first. However, they added one additional interview that I thought should have been conducted in my second interview. Had to take additional time off for a third interview that should have been done in the second one.

Company has frozen their budget. No growth potential unless you are of a certain type of person. No desire to grow because it means you will have to work during vacations, holidays and after hours. 24-7 on call. Work life balance is non-existent for management. Poor decision making and planning
