What are some of the best things about your team?People really work hard and want to make sure we take care of students first and foremost.
What did you like most about the interview process?I had an interview with a diverse number of colleagues from the larger GW.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I know more recent hires at my position are starting at a salary that is more than what I am making and I am on the technical side. I also just finished my Masters. Pay transparency among my generation has been enlightening.
