What is the best part about your compensation package?

Parental insurance policy is the best part

Benefits are in line with industry

They paid joining bonus and matched asking amount.

Base salary. They make sure you are paid on par with industry average.

Higher Fixed pay and 10% Variable

The medical is great but the dental is unheard of, I have a $50 a year deductible then that is all I pay for anything, with a $5000 max benefit.
