Transaction issues are unattended, there is a gap and neglect of senior and mid management to address issues related to ops and tech.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
paid 20% less than market rate, they use job security threats to keep employees from speaking out
Pay is on the lower side compared to the hours you have to put in.
If only my voice can be heard as an employee too, not the management should say the final words as we are a team

Located globally. Opportunity to interact with people from many countries

Its like a big family and the mgmt makes it a point to be in touch with the employees. Cultural Events are celebrated.
Even though the company has grown a lot, we still act like a small and agile start up.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The ethics of the leadership needs to improve. There needs to more focus on operating as a consulting firm
Leadership has to focus on improving the scope and timelines. Need them to help teams balance their personal time as well.
