They have good office and adequate facilities like multiple conference room, training rooms etc

Being able to do my job effectively but thats nothing to do with the company.

Being able to delight clients on a daily basis. This is hard to acheive in this industry.
Opportunities to learn and interacting with multiple stakeholders
It's all about the work here so I worry less about politics and other people's agendas than at previous employers. I know if I try hard and take some chances, everything will fall in place. Risk taking is encouraged.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I overwork myself sometimes so ill to work at a normal pace as long as I know I did what's needs to be done
