They need to be more responsive and polite
As mentioned there is a problem with ethics - coupled with no strategic direction.
Planning the work and other goals of company.
Leadership teams have to always communicate with other employees to make a strong team

paid 20% less than market rate, they use job security threats to keep employees from speaking out
Pay is on the lower side compared to the hours you have to put in.
If only my voice can be heard as an employee too, not the management should say the final words as we are a team
Overall maturity in targeting problems and not people
The ethics of the leadership needs to improve. There needs to more focus on operating as a consulting firm
Leadership has to focus on improving the scope and timelines. Need them to help teams balance their personal time as well.

I overwork myself sometimes so ill to work at a normal pace as long as I know I did what's needs to be done
