Getinge in the Merrimack, NH location specifically, is a toxic unprofessional. Employees are made to feel punished, rejected and guilty by coworkers who bully them. Management doesn't care either they just promote them if they like them.

It's competitive and they've ensured to include an STI which rewards their employees for company performance.

Actually making market value for the position I work.

Pay is far lower than other medical device makers for the same roles, often multiple roles. No stock sharing. Mediocre Aetna health with high out of pocket costs.

Pay is well below market rates for skilled positions. Turnover is ridiculous as a result. Managers last a year at most before taking better offers elsewhere.

Don't steal credit for other peoples' work and ideas.

Coworkers need to stop bringing their personal gossip into the manufacturing environment. There's multiple roles of dysfunction particular to the stents team. No matter how many meetings occur they continue to act like they're not at work.

Coworkers should be subject to peer reviews- surveys don't change a departments culture. The employees dictate their working environment for their peers. If they were rated based on professionalism, teamwork and work itself real non-bias changes could happen.

It was a while back. It may have changed.
