Scheduling has been an issue from day one. It never seems to get better and is the top reason I would consider leaving.

The flexibility around working from home
A lot. Management, leaders, meetings. Everything is handled very well.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I would like to have better compensation
At my Department we have applied the culture of GHD. We hope other departments and other countries where GHD operates applied the culture of GHD as well so that other may experience it as well.
