What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hearing out the needs of the employees and supporting them to get the results they keep asking for.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workload is heavy. The number of additional responsibilities I have taken on is large but this is not reflected in compensation, nor does it appear to be valued.
Whoever shops for our insurance plans needs to do a better job. We aren't paying for the best benefits. The payments are getting higher and higher for benefits.
I am exposed daily to carcinogenic chemicals and doing back breaking manual labor for a little more than a chipotle worker. Pay your workers more, and create a safety culture that feels empowered to speak up before incidents occur without reprisal

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Collaboration and communication need to improve across the company.
The information that I would give would be too specific.
Some coworkers just have an attitude all day long. It is exhausting to constantly be walking around eggshells to not send them into a rage. They need to calm down and not snap at coworkers so much, a little patience and asking nicely goes a long way. Also, stop asking coworkers to do unsafe actions
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Proactive safety culture. Actively building employees towards career goals. Better information dissemination in the company
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Ask more questions and be more selective. I realized after interviewing that I was just a warm body to fill their position. My skills were never really cared about or asked for
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Scheduling has been an issue from day one. It never seems to get better and is the top reason I would consider leaving.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I would like to have better compensation
At my Department we have applied the culture of GHD. We hope other departments and other countries where GHD operates applied the culture of GHD as well so that other may experience it as well.
