What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very supportive. They collect and interpret data and try to make smart decisions with it even when its not what they want to hear. They're focused and transparent, and believe in the mission and the team's ability to hit the goals. That's all you really need in a company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that I am paid fairly for what I do and that the company is results driven. If you go above and beyond and it's shown in the metrics, you will be supported and recognized for that.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a lot of autonomy to set strategy and tactics for the value you are expected to add to the company. Everyone is supportive and will take the time to help you if you need it.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The HR screener was very attuned to what my strengths are and how they might be interesting to the company. I also liked meeting lots of people.
Openness to conversation v a more formal interview
My manager was open to negotiating the responsibilities of my role.
