What did you like most about the interview process?The HR screener was very attuned to what my strengths are and how they might be interesting to the company. I also liked meeting lots of people.
What makes you most happy at work?I love the creativity and freedom to make decisions. i love working with positive people who are fun to work with and smart and helpful. It's fun to go to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?There is a lot of autonomy to set strategy and tactics for the value you are expected to add to the company. Everyone is supportive and will take the time to help you if you need it.
