Listen to the artists. Have a person who's not just reading a script to help when nhelp is needed.

The opportunity to be a part of a company that is growing fast and allowing all women to have access to beauty services so they can feel their very best

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They choose to underprice the market to come in so much lower than the industry standard it guarantees them a lot of customers. It also across the board lowers the value of the service in all areas. They should have to compensate for bridge tolls and mileage costs and they should not include a tip
Make people feel like there respected
I do feel undervalued and i would feel better if they actually look into their mistakes when it comes to running the app instead of blaming their contractors first.
You can be God himself, you're replaceable. They don't care about talent, they care about obedience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
our team is fluctuating through pros often. there are a few that have been with the company a long time but they are constantly hiring and losing pros from the app. When you start they give you tons of bookings and then it starts to drop off. no way to fix or increase the traffic like you had.
The other artists are great to work with
My team is no longer there, but they were amazing talents

Better upper management GS has gone down in quality.

you make your own schedule.
