Listen to the artists. Have a person who's not just reading a script to help when nhelp is needed.

Make people feel like there respected
I do feel undervalued and i would feel better if they actually look into their mistakes when it comes to running the app instead of blaming their contractors first.
You can be God himself, you're replaceable. They don't care about talent, they care about obedience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The other artists are great to work with
My team is no longer there, but they were amazing talents
There is a healthy exchange of ideas
Creative, driven group of individuals who are accepting to new ideas/tactics
We are very collaborative and supportive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better upper management GS has gone down in quality.

you make your own schedule.
