What is the best part about your compensation package?
Company matches 5% for attribution to 401K
I have a very well rounded, realistic supervisor, compensation is not controlled by them.
We have a decent hourly salary, but the benefits package needs to be adjusted to improve employee self-wellness and retirement
401k matching is fairly matched
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I will shortly leave with lower wages but much happier
Insurance is expensive and not great coverage. Its probably average though.

Compensation varies with lucrative temporary assignments afforded based on friendship vs qualification.
