What are some of the best things about your team?
Strong clinical skills, top notch critical care providers
Dedicated to the job they have to perform.
They are replaced often due to lack of liveable wages
Other providers are often kind, funny, and competent making the job easier due to comraderie. The real crux is upper management and cheap practices that harm pt care. Most providers are easy to work with and are willing to help and teach.
The interaction with others and the delivery of the information
Most in my immediate team are very dedicated.
