Terrible management no communication old broken equipment with no support. Sub par pay rates and not very flexible.

Other providers are often kind, funny, and competent making the job easier due to comraderie. The real crux is upper management and cheap practices that harm pt care. Most providers are easy to work with and are willing to help and teach.
