Large company for profit. Each base has own culture for safety and pushing things. Bases can make or break good culture and overall company outlook. Hems in general is over used for unneccesary transports

Insurance is expensive and not great coverage. Its probably average though.

The people i work with, flying and taking care of critically ill patients

Focus on strong leadership at base level when corporate structures might let things slip
