Workers are over worked and under paid. But all the executives gets so much in bonuses on top of very high pay. They have no problem laying off people so they can keep there high bonus.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managements attitude towards workers, listen rather then just do what you want and make things more frustrating.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together and try to overcome the nonsense management does to put road blocks in your way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to employees and stop making changes by people that have no idea what is needed for workers to get a job done.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop having HR turn people down when they never did the work before of what is needed. The direct manager should be doing that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People don't work hard anymore because they see so many others doing nothing and get away with it. Raises are next to nothing if you are not in top management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is a major problem. They act like they listen to our concerns but changes are not made for the better because people making them have no idea what the average worker goes through trying to get work done right.
