Pit Bulls to a tire, won't let go until the project is completed using every effort we have to ensure the projects come in on time and at or under hours.

Thoroughness- I got to ask whomever I wanted to whatever I wanted to - even tough questions like why and how come previous people had left; what would really be my workload, not just wishful thinking etc.
