The Leadership Tram is on top of everything. The plain and simply just get things done. They lead from the front and we willingly follow. Do as I do and not do as I say which is very refreshing from a Leadership Team. Proud to be a part of the vision and to know my contributions are valued!
Everyone’s opinions are valued and we are given independence to work in our own styles, but still given enough guidance and structure to know what is expected of us.
Being communicated is something very important within a work team, solving all doubts, for us there are no silly questions, there are only fools who do not ask questions. That is why we focus on being always communicated and having clear goals, any question or doubt we will solve it with the team
