Full of great professionals that provide feedback and support.

Truly being "fair and consistent" across the board, empathy, planning and strategy, diversity, supporting their leadership team while actually holding their retail employees accountable

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The commitment required to the role in the current economy leaves me with little financial freedom. I have faith that Glossier's performance based pay review will help with this.
There is no clear road for promotion or raises, it is not talked about or even mentioned.
15 an hour is too low for a full time worker.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very supportive and great experience. They give constructive feedback and want to see you grow.

Listen more be less judgmental
Needs more improvement in communication

It is inclusive, open and equality focused
Great people to work with with the same goals. No "back stabbing" mentality.

More empathy and less judgment
Very catty and elitist environment

Not intimidating, great culture. Challenging.
