Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The commitment required to the role in the current economy leaves me with little financial freedom. I have faith that Glossier's performance based pay review will help with this.
There is no clear road for promotion or raises, it is not talked about or even mentioned.
15 an hour is too low for a full time worker.
