What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are fairly open to hearing suggestions.
They are open to criticism, complements and conversation. They always make themselves available to hear from associates. This is very valuable to share ideas directly between leadership and associates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is comprehensive. I don't have to go and find any additional coverage outside of our options.

They all take pride in what they do regardless of how hard GD makes it
Ability to band together and solve the problem.
Everyone is open to new ideas and working with everyone else. Our personalities align well and our clients enjoy our processes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most are willing to listen if you have an idea and willing to act on it.
Everyone is understanding of issues others are having and are always willing to help them or take on other projects. We all are working for the same goal. mImprove the lives of businesses of our clients.
