Occasionally our payments processor is unable to complete your purchase. This can be for a number of reasons, including an incorrect credit card number, insufficient funds or wrong zip code. Please review the card number you entered and the zip code first and if those are correct, we recommend contacting the card-issuing bank. If youre still having issues, please contact us for additional assistance.

For sneakers, you may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller - whichever comes first. If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or the seller has confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled. If neither have occurred, simply tap the Cancel button on the Orders screen. You may not cancel an offer after it has been accepted by a seller.

For apparel and accessories, all orders are auto-confirmed and cannot be canceled.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept returns on New In Box, New No Box, GOAT Clean, apparel purchases, and accessory purchases that are in the same condition as when shipped. We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges on special items (e.g., Vintage, Sample, ID, Custom, Defect, Pre-Release), any used items, any GOAT Storage items, any items listed as "Final Sale" on the checkout page, or any items shipped to a freight forwarder or a delivery address in the People's Republic of China. The cost of US domestic shipping (for items other than Instant Ship items ordered with expedited shipping) is $10 to the 48 contiguous states and $15 to Hawaii and Alaska.

The cost of shipping for Instant Ship items ordered with expedited shipping is $25. Please note, expedited shipping is only available for Instant Ship sneaker items with a delivery address within the 48 contiguous states and is not available for orders to be delivered to PO Boxes or military bases.

The cost of shipping for items to be delivered to an address in the People's Republic of China is $25.

For a limited time, the cost of shipping for items to be delivered to an address in Canada is $30 and $40 to all other international countries other than the People's Republic of China.

Customers may incur additional charges for purchases of multiple items or heavy items.

To ensure quality and authentic items, were currently only allowing a select group of sellers. We encourage you to request to become a seller on GOAT by tapping on the Sell tab on the app and filling out the required information. Well notify you as soon as your request has been approved.

Share your listing across mobile and web to help your items sell more quickly. Simply tap Share afteryou'velisted your items, and select from Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, SMS and/or Email.

GOAT is required to collect and remit a 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) on certain orders that are shipped to an address located in New Zeland and the total value of the order (including shipping costs) is less than or equal to $1,000 NZ. Please note that additional duties and taxes may be collected at the time of delivery.

All sneaker items except for Instant Ship items are shipped to us first for authentication and verification before being delivered to you. It will typically take 7-10 business days (M-F) for sneaker orders to be delivered to a buyer located in the US, since it takes approximately 3-4 business days to get to us, 1-2 business days to authenticate and 3-4 business days to ship to you.

Sneaker items that are labeled Instant Ship have already been authenticated and verified and ship directly from our facilities to you. It will typically take 4-6 business days for an Instant Ship sneaker order to be delivered to a buyer located in the US.

Expedited shipping is a shipping option for Instant Ship sneaker items that is available only to buyers located in the 48 contiguous states. It will typically take 2 business days for an Instant Ship sneaker item ordered with expedited shipping to be delivered to a buyer located in the 48 contiguous states.

Apparel and accessory items have been pre-verified and authenticated and ship directly from our trusted retail and boutique partners. It will typically take 4-6 business days for an apparel or accessory item order to be delivered to a buyer located in the US.

For international orders, delivery times vary due to customs. For items with a delivery address in the People's Republic of China, import duties will be included at checkout for buyers who enter their national identification number and the items will be delivered duty paid (i.e., no additional duties should be required to be paid upon delivery). For all other international orders and for items with a delivery address in the People's Republic of China where a buyer does not enter their national identification number, import duties are not included, and you will be responsible for them upon arrival.

As the middleman, where sellers set the price, GOAT is only able to offer GOAT Credit for returns.

If youre using the app, check the Orders tab in your Profile to make sure your order was shipped. If it was, check the tracking number to see where the order is currently located. If it was delivered and you still have not received your order or if you placed your order through the website, please contact us.

For security and privacy reasons, we ensure successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

We appreciate your interest in selling on GOAT. We are currently approving sneaker sellers on a rolling basis and a limited number of apparel and accessory sellers. We do this to ensure we provide the best possible experience for our sellers.

Please note that GOAT is unable to change a shipping address once the order has been placed. You may however cancel your order (within 3 hours of placing it and/or before it is confirmed by the seller, whichever comes first), and place the order again with the correct shipping address.

We work hard to ensure all items sold on GOAT are 100% authentic and offer an Assurance of Authenticity. If we determine items you purchase are inauthentic or they are not as described, well notify you and offer a full refund.

You have two options: You can either have your funds deposited to your bank account through ACH direct deposit or to your PayPal account. There is a 2.9% fee for all cash outs. If youd like to deposit your funds, simply tap the Sell tab on the app, then tap Credits, then tap Cash Out and fill out the required information. When entering your information, please make sure everything is accurate and correct. INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION WILL LEAD TO DELAYS WITH YOUR DEPOSIT.

Once your cash out method has been approved, the funds will be deposited. Please allow 2-3 business days for the banks to process. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and if you cash out after business hours, the first day would be the following business day.

Our goal is to be the most trusted marketplace for sneakers. We do this by only accepting sellers with the best reputation and by verifying all sneakers to ensure their authenticity.

We have logged over hundreds of thousands of sneakers in our database and have accounted data on each to help us define their authenticity. Our specialists inspect everything from the label to stitching, texture to color, and so much more. If your sneakers are found to be falsely advertised, we'll notify you during verification and offer you a full refund for your order.

In light of a recent Supreme Court decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., and based on applicable state tax laws, GOAT collects and remits sales tax on orders of taxable items shipped to customers in certain states.

GOAT collects sales tax on sales of taxable items shipped to applicable states affected by the Supreme Court decision and will continue to monitor additional states that may require sales tax collection.

Sales tax will apply based on a buyers shipping address rather than a buyers billing address.

Sales tax will apply to all purchases of taxable items for applicable states, even for current offers that are completed at a later time.

Applicable sales tax rates may vary by state. Note that some states may include shipping fees in the calculation of sales tax while other states may exclude shipping fees.

In light of a recent Supreme Court decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. and applicable state law, certain states now require e-commerce marketplaces to collect and remit sales tax regardless of whether or not the marketplace has physical presence in such state. GOAT is now required to comply with applicable law in certain states requiring GOAT to collect and remit sales and use tax on your behalf.

If you entered your People's Republic of China ID number at checkout then you will be charged a cross-border e-commerce tax in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This tax is meant to represent all applicable customs duties and taxes and no additional charges should be incurred upon your receipt of the item(s). If you do not enter this information at checkout, you will be liable for any applicable customs duties and/or taxes charged by the carrier upon receipt of your item(s). Users may not share seller accounts. Users who are found to be sharing seller accounts may be suspended from selling.

Please note: Your seller fee depends on your location and the address associated with your account. Selling from outside of the United States is only available to select sellers at this time.

The amount of the Commission Fee is 9.5% + seller fee for a seller in good standing. The Commission Fee can increase to 15% + seller fee and a maximum of 20% + seller fee depending on the number of seller cancellations and verification issues, as described in more detail below. The Commission Fee will be deducted from the sellers listing price.

Your earnings will be added to your GOAT account for cash out as soon as your items have been authenticated by our specialists. We then ship your items to the buyer.

Tap the Sell tab, then tap Listings to select the items youd like to edit. Onceyou'veselected the items, you will be taken to your listing, where you can edit the size, condition, price, photos and input any defects. Please make sure to save your changes.

To ensure all items sold on GOAT are authentic, sellers are required to send their items to us for verification by our specialists. Depending on where you are located, the package will be directed to one of our global facilities.

Once your items have been authenticated, we'll deposit your earnings to your account for cash out and ship the items to the buyer.

Please contact us if you believe you have sent items to us unrelated to your order.

If you send items to us that we deem inauthentic or unsellable in our sole and reasonable discretion, the buyer will be refunded the full amount they paid for the items and you will have the option to have the items sent back to you or disposed of by us. If you choose to have the items sent back to you, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs back to you. If you do not respond within 14 days of receiving notice that your items are inauthentic or unsellable or if you do not pay the shipping invoice within 14 days of receipt, we will dispose of the items in our reasonable discretion.

We suspend sellers who (i) repeatedly attempt to sell inauthentic items, (ii) have more than one seller account, or (iii) have seller ratings below 50. If you feel as though your seller account was canceled or suspended by mistake, please contact us.

A commission fee is only charged when an item sold on GOAT Clean is purchased. For items with a sale price of $350 and below, the commission fee is 30% and for all other items, the commission fee is 25%. The commission fee includes the seller fee, cash out fee, and shipping. Funds earned from selling items on GOAT can be deposited to your bank account through ACH direct deposit or to your PayPal account.

To provide buyers comfort around the quality of items being purchased, we developed a proprietary grading system for GOAT Clean items. Once an item goes through the GOAT Clean process, we assess the condition of the item inside and out. We score each part of the item and ultimately assign a grade that communicates the overall condition of such item.

Like New: Minimal to no signs of wear.

Excellent: Slight wear on tread with minimal creasing.

Very Good: Gentle wear with some creasing, scratches, and/or slight discoloration.

Good: Moderate wear with visible creasing, scuffing, and/or discoloration.

GOAT Storage is ideal for reselling items or saving space at home. For items eligible for GOAT Storage, select GOAT Storage as your shipping option at checkout and we'll store your items until you're ready to ship.

You can have your GOAT Storage items shipped back to you through the app. Just go to the Profile tab and tap the Ship button. Once the items ship, you will be charged a fee.

All purchases where you select GOAT Storage as your shipping option are final sale.

Each user is only allowed to create one seller account. Users who are found to have created more than one seller account may be suspended from selling.

Certain states may impose sales tax only on certain items while not imposing sales tax on other items. For example, depending on state laws, a state may exempt sales tax on sneaker items while imposing sales tax on apparel items and accessories.

GOAT is required to collect and remit a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) on certain orders that are shipped to an address located in Australia and the total value of the order (including shipping costs) is less than or equal to $1,000 AUD. Please note that additional duties and taxes may be collected at the time of delivery.

Sellers, including retailers and boutiques, list their items for sale on GOAT, while buyers peruse over a million listings.

Resale products, including sneakers, are required to ship to us for verification first to ensure they are authentic and as described. Once verified, well ship them to you. If we find that the product is inauthentic or not as described, well notify you and offer a full refund.

Retail products, including apparel and accessories, are pre-verified and ship directly from our trusted retail and boutique partners.

Instant Ship products are pre-verified and authenticated, and ship directly from our facilities.

GOAT holds a limited inventory of sneakers from our sellers. These sneakers are on consignment and ship directly from one of our facilities. Once the sneakers sell, GOAT issues the cash out to the seller.

All fees are listed in US dollars, unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for currency exchange rates, except as described below. If you are an international buyer, you may have the option to buy items in your local currency or US dollars. If you opt to pay in your local currency:

We'll automatically display your order total in your local currency on the checkout page. Your order total includes the foreign exchange rate as well as any applicable fees or costs.

If you return a purchase that was purchased in your local currency, you will receive GOAT Credit in the amount you paid in your local currency converted to USD.

Offers can only be made in USD at this time. We may display approximate conversions to help you make the best offer.

Selling is only available in USD at the time.

Some payment methods may not be supported.

Because foreign exchange rates fluctuate, the price you see for an item in your local currency on one day may be different from the price for that same item on another day. The foreign exchange rates we apply are updated daily. GOAT takes no responsibility for the accuracy of any foreign exchange rate applied to your purchase or return.

As a ship-to-verify marketplace, GOAT subsidizes the cost of shipping. When a return is initiated, GOAT asks that you cover the difference in shipping costs.

We'll issue a 1099 when you've done 200 transactions and $20,000 in sales. We'll only report earnings to the IRS when you've reached both of those thresholds.

You have 3 days from the date you received your sneakers to request a return and ship your shoes. The sneakers will then go through our evaluation process which can take up to 7 days from receipt. Once approved, GOAT will refund you for the amount paid, less the shipping costs to and from you. The refund will be issued in the form of GOAT Credit.
