What do you like best about the leadership team?
They hold regular 1:1s with their employees. The team dynamics inspires confidence is more transparency and openess at work.

Our leadership team needs to get better at listening to their employees, learn to act like managers and not talk amongst people who are not their peers, about the staff. I think they could use more training to handle crisis such as a broken grill and a kitchen manager who doesn’t know what he’s

That you choose what you want

They offered generous compensation and work from home benefits. Great health insurance with 401k and good stock options.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just games they play with the hours to cheat you out of giving you decemt health care
No benefits at all not even coffee when we get in
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team are an intelligent and quality group of people who are knowledgable of their subject matters and know what they're doing.
The people you work with is the best part besides management.
Team is committed in supporting and helping out each other as and when needed. The team works as a unit and does not leave anyone behind.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was cool because you get to meet different people.
The interview process catered to finding all aspects of the candidate. The technical interview also focused on candidates capability to communicate and gathering requirement capabilities.

They need to restructure everything there
Stucture, no progression just want people to stay in the company where it suits and if not bye bye they dont care about people just numbers
