Increased Bonus, because it is not fair across all the levels.

Annual salary (base salary) increases need to be higher, especially when inflation is skyrocketing.

Our pay is still on the lower end of market value. Denver is now the most expensive non-coastal housing market in the US. This makes compensation a bigger hurdle to hiring.

Extra work outside of the normal 40 hour work week is not recognized at all (compensated or not), but needed for our business to run. Feels like management is more focused on the bottom line of the company than making sure current employees are not burnt out and teams are properly staffed.
