
Most positive aspect is strong desire to help educators and students.
The team is full of really smart people who are really good at their jobs.
There are some real technical chops in several leadership team members. They continue to assess employee satisfaction. They don't lead through fear and they understand the need for work/life balance.
The mission makes up for some pay challenges. The equity is not cheap to buy into and the 401K matching is there but a bit paltry. I've done enough interviews to know I could get more elsewhere but I'd have to give up on working somewhere that has a positive missions.
