At a high level care for each one of the employees.
There are some real technical chops in several leadership team members. They continue to assess employee satisfaction. They don't lead through fear and they understand the need for work/life balance.
Thoughtful team that has helped drive the organization through massive growth.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
leading the team better and better
Having a plan and telling people what it is
Almost everything: but first step is trusting others. CEO needs to realize he isn't the company and the company isn't him
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base pay is pretty good
Every employee receives company equity
Commission is the best for sure

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was being paid about 20% less than median pay for my role
we get treated badly and this company is invasive
i dont get recognition enough
The mission makes up for some pay challenges. The equity is not cheap to buy into and the 401K matching is there but a bit paltry. I've done enough interviews to know I could get more elsewhere but I'd have to give up on working somewhere that has a positive missions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My peers are very collaborative and seek to support sales
All care about each other and being successful
The team is full of really smart people who are really good at their jobs.

they need to work by themselves
Most of the middle managers are solid, capable, & passionate people. But they are held back by the executive team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Most positive aspect is strong desire to help educators and students.
Everyone is aligned around a social mission

It's very situational and hands on
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Multiple needless interviews over weeks and weeks before a decision was made
i think we should first ask if they shower because they rlly need to. its so stinky stank
