They are not a help oriented staff unrealistically critical
Becoming more personal with your employees, the leadership needs to be on time if they have to do a shift and talk to the employees have meetings
Everything. They are stuck in the past. They don't follow state and federal regulations. They discriminate. Titles are inflated.
Review from Operations Dept
Communication and talkinh to employees when theres changes
They to work and not rely on their subordinates
More communication between staff and employees
They only give raises when they have to. There is no clear chain of command. The HR generalist is allowed to bully team members and over ride the GM. Men are favored.
Review from Operations Dept
They do not pay enough to live on in Pahrump. They act like they are doing you a favor to give you a job. Employees are allowed to override management.
I feel undervalued because I do alot of work for little pay and no benefits.
Review from Operations Dept
living wage & no manipulation of the games cost & living open dead games which impact dealer income
More communications between coworks and upper management
They are petty. They lie. They are unqualified for their jobs.
Review from Operations Dept
Act professionally. Be qualified for their jobs. Respect management. Not be snowflakes.
Stop acting like everything is someone else's fault and take responsibility
The atmosphere needs to be better by having more coworker upper management talks things that we can do as a company together and also between employees they need to get to know one another before making decisions upon them
Clean house and hire qualified people.
Review from Operations Dept
Let managers manage. Pay better. Put line level employees in their place.
Stop interviewing if you already know who's going to get the position. Make it the experience authentic
they would have to change their entire management style from aggressive & to co-working environment.
Too much to list and they don't care.
