Listening and addressing staff concerns. If they would just treat their staff with respect, the "fix" for their facilities could be easy. They waste too many resources trying to figure out how to bring new staff in, when they should be retaining the good staff they already have.

Providing proper staffing ratios per residents in building. Offer help when needed or simply more staff. Stop making false promises and advertisements! The high pay is where they get you but you will see very quickly why they pay higher than average.

I had not received a raise in over 8 years there. When I finally did they had to raise my pay by 12 dollars because my wages were so far off.
Corperate management has allowed Brentwood to work understaffed for way to many months. Staffing agencies should have been brought in . Work moral and resident care has been affected tremendously.

Staff morale is the worst I've seen in 15 years. If the company would focus more on maintaining staff that has shown loyalty and dependability, that would give an incentive for staff to provide better care to the residents.

Micromanaging is a huge problem here. You will not have proper staff numbers because managements lack of care runs new hires off.
