It's only been a month so far but I'm very happy here and with my new position. My manager and co-workers are lovely. I feel very welcome and excited for what the future will bring.

Since I'm still in my first month, I'm continuing to learn about the company and its culture. So far, I've had a positive experience and appreciate the welcoming environment and support I've received.

Overall, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The more people I meet, the more impressed I am. Everyone here is so good at what they do, and it's inspiring to work alongside people who are among the best in the field and genuinely take the work seriously. It's incredibly refreshing.

It has been a great experience so far and I'm excited to continue on the journey!

My leader is very approachable, always offering support and looking for ways to improve our experience. They respond very quickly to questions, and I have received all the tools I've needed so far. Overall, it's a great experience with great communication, thanks!

All are very friendly and personable. They make me feel very welcome and a part of the team.

Since I've only been with the company for about a month, I'm still getting to know the leadership team. So far, I appreciate that they've been welcoming, approachable, and seem committed to supporting employees.

I love how professional everyone on the leadership team is and that they're transparent with all questions and feedback team members have during the all hands meetings.

They are very transparent and inclusive.

I currently do not receive benefits, but I hope to transition to a full-time role and become eligible for the benefits package

My current compensation & title do not reflect my market value or track record. Organizational changes shouldn't mean restarting from zero to prove my capabilities to new leadership. Overlooking my history of consistent results underutilizes my experience & and stalls team momentum.

Very helpful team. I love the charisma and the energy. They are very supportive and intelligent people. I really like my team.

The friendliness of everyone in the office makes it feel less awkward and more at home. Being able to meet so many people across different departments has been great.

From what I've experienced so far, the company fosters a respectful and supportive work environment where employees are encouraged to learn and contribute.

There are always fun activities both on zoom and in person that the team sets up for us to get together and do something fun. This had been a great way to connect with others on different teams and grow relationships which I think makes the work stronger in the long run

What makes me happiest is working in a positive and collaborative environment where people are approachable and respectful.

This role has the combination of everything I'm good at and like doing. Getting to concept and write like a creative strategist while also be directing on set and doing post producer work is the dream!

I like the flexibility of remote plus in person work so I can interact directly with my colleagues. I also like the free lunches!

I love being a part of something that is growing and that pet parents are excited to learn about.
