I am extremely thankful for our health, vision, and dental programs and the portion covered by the company. Other perks I enjoy - paid holidays, PTO, employee owned. Overall, the benefits package here is what forced me to decline another role I had already accepted prior to receiving my offer here

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My current compensation & title do not reflect my market value or track record. Organizational changes shouldn't mean restarting from zero to prove my capabilities to new leadership. Overlooking my history of consistent results underutilizes my experience & and stalls team momentum.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so talented and you can tell they are all really invested in the quality of work and continuing to make creative and performance better and better. This is the type of team I was looking to work with!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are always fun activities both on zoom and in person that the team sets up for us to get together and do something fun. This had been a great way to connect with others on different teams and grow relationships which I think makes the work stronger in the long run

Really transparent communication and positive encouragement from the leadership team about company-wide goals. Hybrid work schedule. Free lunch during in-office dates. And I work with a bunch of animal-lovers!

This role has the combination of everything I'm good at and like doing. Getting to concept and write like a creative strategist while also be directing on set and doing post producer work is the dream!
