hey have a great people and pet focus. I love my pets, and the company truly takes care of overall wellness for both its people and our loved ones

The friendliness of everyone in the office makes it feel less awkward and more at home. Being able to meet so many people across different departments has been great.
From what I've experienced so far, the company fosters a respectful and supportive work environment where employees are encouraged to learn and contribute.
There are always fun activities both on zoom and in person that the team sets up for us to get together and do something fun. This had been a great way to connect with others on different teams and grow relationships which I think makes the work stronger in the long run
The company goes out of its way to keep employees updated and engaged
Inclusivity is truly felt in all aspects of the company.
Really transparent communication and positive encouragement from the leadership team about company-wide goals. Hybrid work schedule. Free lunch during in-office dates. And I work with a bunch of animal-lovers!
Appreciate the people who do come into the office. Online office relationships is tough.
