All are very friendly and personable. They make me feel very welcome and a part of the team.
Since I've only been with the company for about a month, I'm still getting to know the leadership team. So far, I appreciate that they've been welcoming, approachable, and seem committed to supporting employees.
I love how professional everyone on the leadership team is and that they're transparent with all questions and feedback team members have during the all hands meetings.
They are very transparent and inclusive.
I appreciate that they are visible and communicate updates in real time.
Actively participate in company wide meetings, and clearly state goals.

I feel that the leadership team tried to give me exposure to all the different matters that the legal team handles in the in house context.
