When we come together as a team we find better solutions to any issues we may be having. Our team is diverse with many different talents that help with our success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My current compensation & title do not reflect my market value or track record. Organizational changes shouldn't mean restarting from zero to prove my capabilities to new leadership. Overlooking my history of consistent results underutilizes my experience & and stalls team momentum.
