Really transparent communication and positive encouragement from the leadership team about company-wide goals. Hybrid work schedule. Free lunch during in-office dates. And I work with a bunch of animal-lovers!

Being able to manage and mentor my team, and seeing their work improve. A good mix of creative work, leadership development, and planning for future successes. Great compensation and benefits package.
