What is the best part about your compensation package?
Employer paid health insurance (although I wish the coverage would kick in sooner than the 30+ days and start on the first of the month)

What makes me happiest is working in a positive and collaborative environment where people are approachable and respectful.
This role has the combination of everything I'm good at and like doing. Getting to concept and write like a creative strategist while also be directing on set and doing post producer work is the dream!
