the compensation and the people
My workout and spending time with bunch of athletes.
I love interacting with our gym members.

The customers will actually tell you, they know management doesn't care about them
New management that has experience in being a manager.
Management is poor. They engage in illegal activity such as consuming alcohol while on clock, doing nicotine patches in front desk, etc
