My interview process was during a time that we had pretty horrible management. They are much better now!

I feel confident coming to my management for anything that I need help with. They are all very positive and helpful!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everything. Great family atmosphere and I genuinely look forward to seeing all of them every day. I know they will all be life long relationships!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the atmosphere has shifted a lot since RSG took over and geared us more towards membership interaction instead of just producing certain numbers.
