There are questionable practices that are undergone by--at the very least--management at my location at Wazlem FM 78.

As a part-timer, I do not receive benefits--which is fine.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having unwarranted appreciation of the hard-work my coworkers and myself put in to completion of a task--whatever that may be.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I work with are great, but there is a lack of comradery and respect between management and the employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect about the culture of my work environment is meeting like-minded individuals who, in general, share my interest--improving physique.
