Great every day in every way
There is NO support . Any communications are due to issues/problems . There are no positive communications.

Our manager has fostered great communication and a friendly work environment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a great comradery and team work not only with our management staff but our co-workers at every level. Nobody is left out of communication from housekeeping to personal trainers.

My interview process was during a time that we had pretty horrible management. They are much better now!
