My salary is what I was looking for. My bonus is personal performance based not company performance based

I got to meet my team members that I work with everyday-everyone was honest about the areas of improvement.

Long story short I feel like we hire good people. I have had a pleasant experience with the people I have met so far. Goodrx cares about actually making an engaging+positive workplace culture. Lots of events, catered food, full time barista, bar in office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is very supportive and trusting. Very conscious of work life balance and showing appreciation to employees. I feel like any idea I have that involves improving process or bringing on new tools, I am given the autonomy to explore. Truly the best work experience I have had in my career.
