I never thought I'd say this, but the appreciation and recognition from my superiors and peers is the best part of my compensation. The salary and perks are great too!

The people (& dogs) I get to work with and the things I get to do. I know that when I accomplish even the most menial of tasks, I am helping the company help other people! Love doing GOOD!

The Co-CEOs and all managers truly want all employees to ENJOY working here and they do everything in their power to ensure that is the case. I love all the fun activities and appreciate the efforts to foster camaraderie, especially during the pandemic.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the 360 degree approach. I interviewed with someone that I did not think was immediately relevant at the time, but it really rounded out the experience and helped me to get a better idea of what GoodRx life would be like.
