What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I don't know what's left. My team is the best part.
What are some of the best things about your team?My team is great. No complaints and the shining light of my day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Earning potential was once greater in terms of commission. I am grateful for a relatively fair base salary.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Listening to employees' concerns and properly staffing teams. Burnout is a huge problem. Managers are highly unqualified and don't know how to coach or develop a team. There is a huge bias toward certain types of people. If you don't fit the Goodway mold, then you are out of luck.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?More effective meetings with an actual agenda. People schedule meetings for the sake of having meetings and nothing gets accomplished. It's just a waste of time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Goodway decided to flatten the organization so we have many different levels of experience and expertise under the same job title. The problem is that jobs are price based on title only without considering job functions. Most people are being paid for a much lower level job than what they do.
