Its a great place to work.

If you enjoy a fast moved style of work, Goodway will be great for you. There's so many opportunities to learn new skills.

Goodway has been doing remote for a long time so they know how to do it right! I have built many friendships here and continue to grow my career!

There is no real opportunity for development. They talk about being a "learning organization" but there is no career pathing or growth opportunities. Managers don't provide honest feedback or care to coach and develop the team. Goodway also lacks diversity, and micro-aggressions are a huge issue.

They listen to feedback and at least acknowledge it, even if they disagree.

The leadership team lacks diversity. It's just a bunch of white men. They need to put their money where their mouth is. If they really care about diversity and inclusion, they need to invest on that and give equal opportunities to the team (regardless of their color, gender, etc.)

Earning potential was once greater in terms of commission. I am grateful for a relatively fair base salary.

I love our unlimited PTO and Wellview.

The benefits are really good! I also appreciate the profit sharing bonus.

Goodway decided to flatten the organization so we have many different levels of experience and expertise under the same job title. The problem is that jobs are price based on title only without considering job functions. Most people are being paid for a much lower level job than what they do.

My team is great. No complaints and the shining light of my day.

My team works hard and plays hard together. We find many fun ways to connect throughout the week.

More effective meetings with an actual agenda. People schedule meetings for the sake of having meetings and nothing gets accomplished. It's just a waste of time.

We really care about each other. Everyone is supportive and is open to new ideas.

Listening to employees' concerns and properly staffing teams. Burnout is a huge problem. Managers are highly unqualified and don't know how to coach or develop a team. There is a huge bias toward certain types of people. If you don't fit the Goodway mold, then you are out of luck.

I enjoyed meeting the different people who ended up being my peers.

It was pretty quick and straight forward. They told me what the process would look like from the beginning.

I love working from home AND making life long friends with my co-workers even though we aren't in person but a couple times a year!
